Essential Technical Skills
- Strong customer service/communication and people skills
- Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills
- General Residential and Commercial Plumbing
- Water Heater replacement and repair
- Fixture Replacement (Faucet, Tubs, and Toilet)
- Sewer Gas and Water Service Replacement
- Troubleshooting using video inspection
- Drain Cleaning
- Competent use of conventional sewer machines or high power jetters
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus
Requirements
- Current Tradesman/Journeyman Texas Plumbing License
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver’s License (clean driving record)
- Must be able to pass a background check, DL check, and drug test
- Neat, clean, appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with “can do” attitude
- Strong, steady work history, a plus
- Must be willing to work rotational on-call schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year
COVID-19 considerations: To keep our Technicians and Customers safe as possible. Our office staff is screening phone calls during scheduling and requiring Technicians to wear facemask, gloves, and booties when entering a home or place of business.
